Real-time validation

IBAN checks, phone number validation, and address validation via Google Maps and Swiss Post API. Errors are detected immediately.

Bank blacklist

Banks with a high chargeback risk are blocked automatically. The blacklist is fully manageable within the platform and protects against payment defaults.

Automated emails

Thank-you emails after donations, feedback requests with fundraiser photos, and a 5-star rating flow. Approved reviews are published on campaign pages.

Gamification & scoreboard

Points-based system with bonus points for specific payment methods and high donation amounts. A weekly leaderboard motivates teams.
